Hi there, thank you for visiting my website, I'm glad you're here! I am a certified Pilates instructor with a specialization in Prenatal & Postnatal Corrective Exercise. Since becoming a Mama to two wonderful little kiddos, helping other moms find strength and support throughout Motherhood has been a newfound passion of mine. After years of dealing with chronic low back pain, and the only alternative being surgery, my physical therapist recommended Pilates. After my first mat class, I felt better both physically and mentally-- you could say I was hooked! Because of the success I had with Pilates, I decided to go through training to become an instructor.
I've been teaching for over 11 years, taking my love for Pilates from California to Boston and back to my hometown of Sacramento, CA. Movement has always been an important part of my life, with my background as a dancer. Pilates ties together my love for the body and movement while fostering strength and healing.
Pilates has changed the way I move through daily activities and helps me stay strong throughout the demands of Motherhood. I want to help others find that as well. I believe that Pilates is for everyone and I am excited to share it with you!
